• Developing collaborative partnerships to offer communities services

• To provide education to effect positive change when dealing with conflict

• Providing public awareness campaigns and education activities about the values and practices of mediation

• Having Staff and Mediators represent the diversity of the community served

• Ensuring community support and participation

• Provide quality mediations by professional trained mediators

• Provide affordable access to mediation
